large bathroom plentiful breakfast many options dark hallway limited menu indonesian food

the hotel had everything i needed for a hotel stay! the rooms and bathroom were large. they were comfortable, too, and had everything i needed. breakfast was plentiful with many options.

the hotel room hallways are dark! but the lobby area has lots of light and is nicely decorated. i was disappointed with dinner at the restaurant. it should have more of an international menu. it was only one menu, and it was indonesian food

convenient location varied breakfast helpful staff excellent cuisine

The location proved convenient with a supermarket just across the street. Breakfast included varied egg preparations made to order and a substantial buffet. Staff members were efficient, polite, and also helpful. The on-site Indonesian restaurant offered very recommendable cuisine.

The absence of snacks in the mini bar was a minor inconvenience.

The front desk staff was friendly and cute. Aprila especially was genuinely caring and helpful with guest needs. Elias also stood out as an helpful and pleasant staff member (I appreciated this a lot).

The elevators require a room key for floor selection. The design of the hotel incorporates spacious rooms and big windows. Complimentary water was provided each day of my stay. I also appreciated the electric shades on the windows.

The breakfast offered a great selection of tasty options. The Indonesian restaurant is located on site. The food was delicious (especially the nasi goreng!). The restaurant provides a pleasant dining experience.

The room was spacious and included a large TV. A Nespresso machine with capsules. an electric kettle, was available. The bathroom was very nice and also provided ample space. Daily refilled water bottles are included.

poor housekeeping unhelpful staff

the breakfast buffet had a decent selection.

the housekeeping only came twice during my entire week-long stay , and both times , they seemed rushed and didn't clean properly. also , the front desk staff was slow and unhelpful .
